Method of Cooking:

Preparation

• Pan Fry

1. Pre-heat a non stick pan, no cooking oil is needed

2. Remove the prata from the pack (do not defrost) and pan fry each side with medium heat fro 3 minutes or till golden brown

• Oven Bake

1. Preheat oven to 180°C

2. Remove the prata from the pack but do not defrost

3. Bake for 10 -13 minutes or until golden brown

• Note:

1. Condition may vary due to different cooking equipment

Keep frozen at -18°C

Once thawed, do not refreeze
